Due to the nature of our business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

Processing your orders will take up to 72 hours to be labeled and packaged. Please be aware that processing time does not include shipping time 

Shipping time is between 4-7 days. Hair Fiendz do not offer overnight/ 2 day shipping at this time. Please be mindful when placing your order.
